Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once your return is approved.
Legal 14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the EU
Without prejudice to the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without giving a reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically within ten business days using your original payment method. Please note it may take some time before your bank or credit card company processes and posts the refund.
